Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Package Your Wallet

  Place the item in its original NANO™ packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit and affix the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
